Law Library users are welcome to check out non-reference materials.
Circulation Agreement
Borrowers must fill out a circulation agreement the first time items are checked out from the Library.
Loan Periods
Two weeks plus one renewal (if no one else is on hold for the item).
Fines
$1 per item, per day for items not returned by the due date.
Interlibrary Loan
You may request an article or publication that the Law Library doesn't own. We will do our best to obtain it for you free of charge unless the loaning library charges us for supplying the material.
